Our Services. HHH AutoBody delivers Collision Repair, Dent Repair, Scratch Repair, Auto Part Installation, Auto Body Modifications, Car Painting. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. HHH AutoBody may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Cap on Damages. Liability of HHH AutoBody arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold HHH AutoBody harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. HHH AutoBody reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
